Using lessons learned on our Kilimanjaro climb, in this 5-part video class we talk about why your health doesn't have to be an uphill struggle.

Second, we'll give you a step-by-step process to "armor up."

In Video 2 we discuss the best oils for immune support. And, we talk about the importance of Ningxia Red.

Here are two tips:

  1. Ningxia Red is the base.
  2. Use Vitality oils for each product we mention.

Third, we'll make it easy-- because it's easier to do it when it's easy to do it (read that again!).

In Video 3 we talk about how to “oil prep” and make it easy to use your oils when you need them. If using your oils take a long time (especially when you’re tired or not feeling well), you’ll likely push it off. This tips works wonders…

And, we’ll tell you about some of the products we integrated in addition to the “Oily Arsenal.”

Fourth, we'll (gently) nudge your perspective...

A lot of times we look at Young Living products with the approach of, “Oh, here’s a product I can use.”

Or even, “Here’s one I can get others to buy…”

However, it MIGHT be better to flip that script. Rather than looking at the product, look for the result you want. Then, find the product to match that.

When we lead with the results we want, we see that health is a total investment and radical way of life… one that should be the most normal of all.
