Frequency Training + Living Above the Wellness Line (Fitness #2)

In this episode of the Oily App podcast, we talk about living above the wellness line…

Strange phrase, I know… but here’s where it all comes from.

First, you’ve probably heard of frequency before— but you may not realize that different kinds of frequency exist. By the way, frequency is “the measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between two points”).

Here are the two types:

A.C. / alternating current- most appliances in the home use alternating current (“things made by man”).

D.C. / direct current- plants, animals, and people all have a frequency (“things made by God”).

That leads us to the next point…

Second, your frequency drops as your state of health drops. Frequency, then, is a measure of how alive you- or anything else- is.

In other words, frequency is a measure of how alive something (including you!) is…

Look at our chart. And notice a few things…

* Notice the progression- a lower frequency means you aren’t doing as well; a higher frequency means you’re more alive. Again, everything has a frequency. Everything. Everything, well, except dead things, that is. Frequency is defined as “the measurable rate of electrical energy flow that is constant between any two points.”

* A healthy human has a standing frequency of 62-68 MHz. As your state of health drops, so does that frequency. Your frequency is a measure of how strong and “alive” you really are.

* Cold symptoms manifest around 58 MHz, as at this point your immune system begins shutting down.

* Flu symptoms surface around 57 MHz.

* Candida appears around 55 MHz.

* Cancer can begin when the body falls below 42 MHz.

* The process of dying begins about 25 MHz and bottoms at at 0 MHz when you are pronounced dead.

In other words, a lower frequency means you aren’t doing so well. On the other hand, a higher frequency means you’re more “alive.”


Now, this may sound strange at first glance. But, think about it this way…

You probably understand this more than you think you do. Some days, you feel more energetic and vibrant. Other days, you feel like your dragging… sluggish. Your frequency- the measure of how “alive” you are- is higher / lower on different days.

Research shows that boosting your frequency to a higher level has amazing health benefits.

Royal Raymond Rife, a medical doctor who studied human frequencies in the early 1900s, discovered that he could actually destroy viruses and cancer cells at certain frequencies. He found that other frequencies prevented the development of disease.

What does this have to do with essential oils? Well, here’s the kicker: “Clinical research shows that essential oils have the highest frequency of any natural substance known to man, creating an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc., cannot live.” Notice, those things cannot live. Not, “they prefer something else… so they can’t thrive” but they cannot even exist.

Notice the frequencies of selected essential oils in the chart below, and how they help maintain a higher frequency.



The numbers are astounding. You’ll see that the frequency of rose is about five times the frequency of a healthy human. Peppermint, a very commonly used oil (it’s relatively inexpensive and easy to get) is a full 10 MHz higher than a healthy reading of 62-68 MHz. No wonder it gets people jazzed up!

The frequency of the oils is one of the reasons that the pain “goes away” almost immediately in many cases within a few minutes of applying certain oils. Quite simply, a lower personal frequency means you are not feeling well- and all the symptoms of not feeling well (like pain) come with that.

“One of the most important healing modalities of the oils is their ability to lift our bodily frequencies to levels where disease cannot exist.” Since an essential oil can raise your frequency, though, you start feeling better as your frequency elevates.

“Essential oils have vibrational frequencies that match and are believed to enhance the vibrational frequency of healthy cells in your body.”

This, of course, goes back to the “quality issue” we discussed earlier. “Dead oils cannot heal. They may still have a fragrance or flavor to satisfy the perfumers or food makers, but they are not therapeutic grade oils.”

Let’s take this convo further…

As you might expect, healthier foods have higher frequencies.

For instance…

On a side note, foods have frequencies, too. David Stewart writes, “fresh herbs measure 20-27 MHz… fresh produce 5-10 MHz. Processed or canned food measured zero. In other words, there is no life or life force in canned or processed foods.”

Now you have a scientific answer (another one) when your kids ask you why you don't like McDonald’s. And you know why you feel like junk when you eat too much pizza. After learning about frequencies it’s not hard to believe the old but true adage, “You are what you eat.”

Yes, a lifestyle of therapeuo includes the foods you eat.

Remember what Hippocrates said: “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.”

This leads us to our final observation.

Third, focus on living above the line- at a higher frequency!

The Bible tells us where to focus: “Whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things” (Philippians 4:8).

This isn’t just advice about our thoughts- this is for all of life, including health and wellness.

Now, this is radically counter-intuitive…

👉 We’re almost conditioned by our culture to look at our bodies from the perspective of “what’s wrong?” and “how do I fix it?”.

❌ That ain’t no fun. Nada.

BUT…

✅ A healthy perspective realizes that our bodies are incredible machines, designed to work magnificently well- when we provide them with the nutrients they need and eliminate the toxins they don’t.
