Your body’s immune system works in much the same way, with several layers of defense. Each of them are designed to weaken anything that comes against you.

Like a castle, your body is full of powerful (and brave) soldiers, ready to wage war against any potential enemies. Beginning with your skin (your largest organ), and working throughout your body are powerful partners working together for your health + wellness.

These include your lymph nodes (which drain the swamp and sewage out), mucus (that gunks up and makes trash easily cartable), nose hairs, tears (which contain antibodies), saliva (which also contains enzymes to assist with immune support) and more.

Even fever is a friend. Yes, we get uncomfortable when we spike a fever, but when you understand what that fever is doing, your actually embrace the process…

In the same way a dumpster fire burns off trash, a fever heats up your body to a temp where the bad stuff can’t thrive…

It “smokes the invaders out,” so to speak…

Your immune system creates markers whenever it deals with something harmful to your body. As it fights the enemy off, it makes note of its tactics and strategies…

After fighting, your immune system “remembers.” It remembers which tactics worked and which ones didn’t. It recalls which soldiers it needed and which it didn’t…

(We’ll discuss how and why this works, as well as outline the best way to support your immune system’s arsenal of soldiers. Plus, we’ll show you the things that hinder it.)

The result, is that the next time that same enemy comes creeping your way, your immune system isn’t taken off guard. It mounts a faster, more efficient, and more effective response.
